What is Estate360?
Last updated: November 25, 2025
Overview
The Estate360 is a fully-automated, comprehensive estate planning deliverable designed to help advisors and planners generate a polished, branded client presentation in minutes. Rather than relying on manual data entry, the Estate 360 uses Luminary’s document intelligence engine to extract, interpret, and organize information from trusts, wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives, and other common planning documents.
The result is a comprehensive, client-ready report that is generated in minutes with no human intervention required. The Estate360 mirrors a professional estate summary, complete with an executive overview, family mapping, trust structures, fiduciary roles, asset distribution diagrams, and identified planning opportunities.
Key use cases
The Estate360 supports two primary use cases:
Providing prospects a comprehensive, compelling overview of their current estate plan without requiring full data collection or profile buildout
Delivering a professional estate summary for clients who do not require advanced modeling, such as tax projections or complex strategy illustrations.
In each case, advisors can produce a clear, client-facing deliverable that outlines current structures, identifies gaps, and facilitates high-value conversations.
Key capabilities
Upload documents—including trust documents, insurance policies, personal financial statements, and more—and Luminary AI handles the heavy lifting. We identify key family members and fiduciaries, trusts, assets and distribution provisions, and automatically create a structured, organized client presentation that comprehensively yet succinctly summarizes all plan details mentioned in the uploaded documents.
Executive summary: Describes the family's overall estate structure, planning objectives and who the plan benefits.
Family overview: Summarizes key family members, the relationship to the client, and what role they play in the estate plan.
Trust overview: Summarizes what trusts exist and how/when they distribute, highlights future/contingent trusts or split scenarios (especially if a spouse predeceases), and calls out key fiduciaries.
Wills, Powers of Attorney and Healthcare directives: Summarizes key fiduciaries for each document like executors, guardians, and attorneys-in-fact, and other critical information including scope of authority and declaration of wishes.
Asset distribution: Creates a visual diagram of how assets distribute according to wills and trust documents. Provides a detailed accounting of how and when specific assets are distributed.
Planning opportunities: Generates high-quality, personalized planning recommendations supported by the latest estate planning laws.
