Customize waterfall tiles

We’ve added new customization features to the Waterfall Diagram, giving you even more flexibility to tailor it to your needs. With these updates, you can now:

Add Notes

To add a note to a tile:

1. Click the adjustment icon below the tile.

2. In the pop-up window, type in your note (up to 240 characters).

3. Notes will appear in the platform, client presentations, and any exported materials.

To generate notes with AI:

Select multiple tiles at once

1. Get Edit on the diagram

2. Select tiles to edit (multi-select via the keyboard shortcut)

3. Click Generate notes at the top of the diagram

4. Select from the prompt options or enter a custom prompt

5. Click Generate notes at the bottom right corner

For an individual tile or tile group

1. Get Edit on the diagram

2. Double click on a title

3. Click Generate notes button below the text box

4. Select from the prompt options or enter a custom prompt

5. Click Generate

Resize Font

To change the font size within a tile:

1. Click on the tile you want to edit.

2. Use the plus (+) button to increase the font size or the minus (-) button to decrease it.

3. As you adjust the font, the tile will automatically expand or shrink to accommodate the text.

Resize Tiles

To resize a tile without changing the font size:

1. Click on the tile.

2. Drag one of the four dots on its border to adjust its size.

3. Release once you’ve reached the desired dimensions.

These enhancements make it even easier to customize your waterfall visuals and improve client conversations.
